Patch Aero LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is a Part 61 flight training school providing flight instruction, aircraft rental, ground school, and related aviation services. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website, enroll as a student, schedule flights, communicate with us, or use our phone/text messaging services (collectively, the "Services").

  • Aviation-specific information: pilot certificate number, medical certificate details, flight hours log, student progress records, training records, FAA-related identifiers.

  • Communication data: content of calls, text messages/SMS, voicemails, emails, timestamps, and metadata related to interactions with our phone system.

  • Other information you voluntarily provide (e.g., in inquiry forms, enrollment applications, or support requests).


2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide flight training, scheduling, aircraft rental, and other aviation services.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Critical SMS / 10DLC compliance statements (required for Grasshopper/carrier approval):

  • Customer information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

  • We do not share your mobile opt-in information, SMS consent, or any related mobile identifying data with anyone for any purpose.

  • All sharing described in this policy excludes mobile opt-in and consent information; opt-in information is never shared with third parties or used for any purpose beyond providing the messaging service you requested.


4. SMS / Text Messaging Consent & Opt-Out

We only send text messages after receiving your express consent (e.g., via a clear opt-in checkbox or form on our website, enrollment documents, or verbal confirmation followed by written record).
 

You may receive messages such as:

  • Flight lesson reminders and confirmations

  • Schedule changes or cancellations (e.g., due to weather)

  • Payment reminders

  • Safety or regulatory notifications
     

Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or END to any text message. You will receive a confirmation and will no longer receive non-essential messages (essential service messages may continue if required for safety or legal reasons). Our Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
