Patch Aero LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is a Part 61 flight training school providing flight instruction, aircraft rental, ground school, and related aviation services. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website, enroll as a student, schedule flights, communicate with us, or use our phone/text messaging services (collectively, the "Services").

    • Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.
    Messaging Terms and Conditions

    • By providing your phone number and agreeing to receive texts, you consent to receive text messages from Patch Aero LLC, from 561-453-0727 regarding informational. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time or HELP for assistance. 3. Sharing of Information
 

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
 

We may share your information only in these limited situations:

Critical SMS / 10DLC compliance statements (required for Grasshopper/carrier approval):

  • We do not share your mobile opt-in information, SMS consent, or any related mobile identifying data with anyone for any purpose.

  • All sharing described in this policy excludes mobile opt-in and consent information; opt-in information is never shared with third parties or used for any purpose beyond providing the messaging service you requested.

Patch Aero LLC Messaging Terms and Conditions


1. The messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@patchaero.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
